Questions owners ask

I manage several properties. One form each?

One submission covers one property today. Managing several? Say so in the notes field and mention it when we quote you — per-door pricing is a conversation, not a form field yet.

Do you need my address or access details now?

No. Address, pickup spot and access notes are optional on this form; you can leave them blank and give them after you accept a quote.

When do pickups start?

Once your property’s route is set and you accept your written quote. We confirm your pickup days with you then.

Can you work alongside our management company?

Yes. Name the company when you get in touch, and we quote and coordinate with whoever runs the property day to day.

How are turnover pickups booked?

Once your route is set, turnover pickups line up with your checkouts from your linked booking calendar, or you add one by hand for a heavier clean-out. Each is priced per visit on top of the base plan, and a scheduled one can be cancelled free any time before the truck arrives.
