Every IslandHaul subscription will feed one fund. That fund will run dump-site takedowns around the island, and is set up to back St. Thomas’s first curbside can pickup — an actual can at the curb, not a trip to a drop-off site. Here is how it will work.
How Clean STT will work
Reports will point the way
Anyone can pin a dump site on the map, with a photo if they have one. Each report will be reviewed before anything is planned.
The fund will plan takedowns
Subscriptions and sponsors will feed one fund, and that fund will pay for dump-site takedowns. Each one will appear here once it is planned.
Every dollar will be public
Each pledge, grant, sponsorship and spend will be listed here, with the bags and cans each takedown removes.
The public ledger opens with its first entry.
A sponsor can back the whole fund or adopt one road corridor by name.
